I'm so happy you're here!

About five years ago, I felt stuck.  I had been married for over 10 years and had two children.  I had an enviable lifestyle in many ways:  I lived in a fabulous city, had a great apartment, and enjoyed spectacular health.

I knew I had so much to be grateful for, yet something inside me kept urging me on, telling me that something wasn't quite right; that I somehow was meant for MORE. 

Yet the mere thought of this made me feel bad about myself -- I had EVERYTHING most people wanted, and yet I still wasn't happy? 

Though I couldn't explain it at the time, now I know that I had been keeping essential parts of myself hidden away.

Through a gradual process, including sustaining myself with the healthy habits I'd formed;

coaching and therapy,

and a reintroduction of spirituality

into my life,

I have learned to truly

love and appreciate

all parts of myself. 

Now, several years later,

I have never felt better.

I feel powerful.

I feel free.


And I want to help YOU

feel the same way.

I did a lot of STUFF:  

  • went to therapy

  • read self-help books out the wazoo

  • angry-exercised

  • starting meditating

...and I wound up learning a ton about myself.  

I also got divorced.  

That created a lot of guilt.

A lot of stress.

A lot of doubt.
