Stay or Go Coaching Program

When I first considered the possibility of ending my marriage, I was filled with the agony of the decision. This process took significant work—therapy, meditation, coaching, and reading. What I needed most was a guide, a shaman of sorts to show me the way, but no one like that existed.

When it comes to divorce, the experts in the field are typically lawyers or therapists, tackling messy litigation, infidelity claims, custody battles, and more. But divorces do not have to be that way.

The journey to arrive at the table to sign divorce papers began far before an attorney was ever retained. The decision process, and the exploration into what life could look like if the relationship ends, often begins years prior. In fact, the way the decision is made will affect the couple and any potential children for years to come.

My “Stay or Go” coaching program takes clients through the decision making process after they have completed the crucial work of eliminating limiting beliefs and breaking the barriers of thought keeping them from self-fulfillment.

Once they know they have everything they need within themselves, we can start the process of deciding what needs to happen next.

There are four key steps to this coaching process:

Befriend
Learn how to fully accept and soothe yourself, wherever you are right now.

Observe without Judgment
Learn how to step back and observe how your own thoughts are creating suffering.

Upgrade
Undo old, limiting beliefs and replace them with new, empowering beliefs.

Activate
Solidify your new beliefs through practice, and put new habits in place that will create the future you truly desire.

The key cause of difficulty in decision-making or general suffering is one’s own beliefs. By eliminating old fears and changing old beliefs, you will be prepared and empowered to lean into your intuition and make that crucial decision to stay or to go.

One of the best things Adele did for me is help me understand what I value; I had never put much thought and energy into knowing who I am and what I want. My life is full of new ways of living and relationships that reflect a vision I could only have created with Adele’s help. Two years after beginning our work together, I’m still seeing the benefits and growth that came about from our time working together.
